Overview: Future Communications Company (FCC) is one of the leading developers of the Telecommunications and IT industry in Kuwait. The company was established in 1996 with its head office based in Kuwait. The company provides a wide array of world-class telecommunication products and services, in addition to IT solutions. FCC has more than 200 professionals serving our esteemed customers (e.g., consumers, businesses, and governments) from all around the MENA region.
At the core of FCC’s competencies come the Commercial Division, Business Development Department (BDD) and the Information Technology Solution (ITS) Division. These three innovative strategic business units are recognized among the top providers of high quality and customized products, services and solutions in the MENA region. Their innovative developments contributed greatly to the advancement of our sector and have resulted in high levels of satisfaction and trust from our customers.
FCC Commercial Division: The commercial division is the core operation of the company. It is considered as one of the pioneers in the Gulf Region for providing telecommunication products and services. It became Nokia’s main authorized distributor in Kuwait in 1997 and established the first ‘Nokia Maintenance Service Center’ in Kuwait in 1997. Since its inception, the company has been following an aggressive expansion strategy in Kuwait and currently has around 38 showrooms widely spread across Kuwait and in prime locations. The Commercial Division also expanded its operations to include under its umbrella: retail (Nokia, BlackBerry, iPhone, Zoom+, HTC and other renowned mobile phone brands), Nokia Care Centers (providing all kinds of support services to all Nokia Mobile Users in Kuwait by Nokia Certified Technicians), after-sale services and e-commerce operations. Besides, there are 16 Quick Service Centers (providing Level 1 & 2 repairs for Nokia mobile phones) in Kuwait and state-of-the-art service center developed at the highest international standards. In addition, the commercial division services KIR (key independent retailers), hyper markets and corporations including ministries and oil sector companies. It also has an outdoor sales-team of 20 salespeople servicing 550 independent retailers with Nokia mobile phones, branded accessories and e-charger services in the Kuwaiti market.
