Delivery Policy

FCC may change the delivery policy from time to time and so you should check this policy regularly. Your continued use of futureonline.com.kw will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended policy.

-  FCC will deliver its products and services to customers in Kuwait only.

-   All packages will be delivered by our own service vehicles. Please note that the sales person may call you upon arrival.

-   Delivery will be made everyday except Fridays. Delivery will not be made during some public holidays.

-   Delivery for orders will be made within 24 hours, however, please note that orders made on Thursdays after 3pm and any time on Fridays, will be delivered on Saturdays.

-   The delivery is free of charge.

-   If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging and delivering goods, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the product is in a good state.
