Return Policy

100% refund policy

The items you buy maybe returned and fully refunded within 2 working days of delivery only if the items are new and the package is not opened and/or damaged. Items can be returned in any FUTURE outlets within the state of Kuwait provided that a receipt/invoice is shown at all times. Please also note that any extra charges you paid will also be refunded.

If you paid by K-net or cash on delivery: The amount will be given to you as cash up front or within 24 hours.

If you paid by Credit Card: The amount will be directly refunded to the card holder’s credit card in ten to fifteen bank working days after providing the necessary information.

Items that are used and had their package opened and/or damaged will not be refunded, but will be repaired only if they are under warranty (please see warranty terms in Terms and conditions).
