About the terms
Access to and use of 'futureonline.com.kw' is provided by the FCC (Future Communications Company) on the following terms:
1. By using futureonline.com.kw you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of futureonline.com.kw.
2. FCC may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of futureonline.com.kw will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms.
Note: Please note that futureonline.com.kw currently sells its products and services online for its customers in Kuwait only.
Use of futureonline.com.kw
3. You agree to use futureonline.com.kw only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of futureonline.com.kw.
All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on futureonline.com.kw and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in FCC. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit or otherwise use futureonline.com.kw content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any futureonline.com.kw content except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
4. The names, images and logos identifying FCC or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of FCC and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring any license or right to use any trade mark, design right or copyright of FCC or any other third party.
Your FCC Account
5. All accounts must be registered with a valid personal email address that you access regularly and a valid telephone number. Customers are required to validate their account by clicking on the link sent to their email address.
Warranty
The following mobile brands come with a one year warranty: Nokia, Blackberry, HTC, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Zoom, Spice and Frog. Please note that the Iphone comes with a one year free software warranty. You can also purchase a one year hardware warranty for it at a certain price.
The following mobile brands can have an extended warranty which is valid for an extra one year that can be bought at a certain price: Nokia.
Warranty terms
The following warranty terms only applies to Nokia, Iphone, Blackberry, Zoom, Spice and Frog mobile brands. For any other brands that are not included in this list, please call or visit the suppliers for their warranty terms. Their contact details can be found in ‘Contact FCC’.
6. The warranty covers the mobile phone only and it does not cover the batteries, phone covers and other accessories.
7. For the repair of the mobile phone under a warranty, the warranty certificate shall be submitted along with the original purchase invoice.
8. In the event where any malfunction occurs within the warranty period, FCC will be committed to repair or exchange the devices mother board only without any accessories, as it may deem appropriate.
9. FCC shall have the right to cancel the warranty and remove the FCC warranty sticker in the following cases:
- Damages resulting from any misuse, negligence, exposure to liquid, violent shocks, use of unoriginal accessories or any other reasons beyond the control of FCC, such as catastrophes, earthquakes or floods.
- Removal or changing of the serial number or FCC warranty sticker existing on the mobile.
- Maintenance of the mobile phone by any authority or company other than FCC.

12. Credit card usage is free of charge.
These terms, along with the terms related to the privacy policy or other policies in connection with the products and services hereto, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kuwait which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
